I am pretty active here on DW, with this account. I also chatter a lot on plurk at cyphercat, and my tumblr is also cyphercat. My fic is on AO3 under laylah.

This ship is kind of all of my favorite things in one delicious sexy package -- I am generally a huge multishipper, and honestly I would ship Equius with anyone who would put him on his knees show him a good time, but Dirk is really good at it and also loads of fun to write, so this wound up being my first-choice ship.

I AM SO EXCITED FOR HSO, YOU GUYS.

Also I guess I need an Equius icon where he's not making out with someone else, hmm.

I'm Raakel from Finland (say hello to time zone trickiness) and my fandom/Homestuck tumblr is raakelh, same as this DW. Tumblr is my Homestucking base...but I guess you could laugh at my older stuff in deviantArt. :D If anyone wants to add me in skype, it's raakelhoo.

I draw stuff, and comics especially are my passion. Naturally I'd love to be able draw something like a comic for HSO, but let's see how everything develops!

Soo...the whole Homestuck experience is basically around 60% "Oh my God Equius is so wonderful" to me, and my favorite ship is Equius/anyone. I ended up with Dirk<3Equius because...I found a couple others interested in it. :D I guess what I like the most about them is a)human/troll xeno possibilities and b)their colors together. Haha wow that doesn't sound awfully convincing? XD Still, I'm really looking forward to working with everyone on this!

...I had an idea for a HSO icon for myself, but I guess it could work as a team icon too? That is, combining the Hero of Heart symbol and Equius' arrow into the iconic arrow-through-heart symbol of love... Too plain? : D

Welp hey there I'm Rem, I've not ever used dreamwidth before but I was hardcore into LJ back in the day so I'm sure I can figure out how to navigate all this~ I'm way more active at my tumblr: rjestudio.tumblr.com ~
I joined this b/c I wanted to since it was going on last time, but I didn't have the time then. And I joined this team b/c -- Equius is my absolute favorite character in Homestuck, hands down, so I def had to join a team with him on it. And I'm really fond of Dirk (he's my favorite human actually) and he and Equius fit together so nicely. Plus I wasn't allowed to ship Equius/me so this will have to do~ =u= (lol)

I can't write at aaall so I can't contribute in that manner but I can draw things~! And I'm a fantastic cheerleader aha

Hey guys. My name's Nadia, I'm on DeviantArt as kudasaru and on tumblr as censoredtrolltag (NSFW) and tinyhoovequius (SFW). Dirk x Equius is tied somewhere next to sober!Gamzee x Equius for my favorite ship, though I ship Equius with lots of things, some of which make less sense than others (Equius <3 Tinkerbull = OTP!!!???!?) I used to ship Bro x Equius pretty hard back before Dirk was introduced so I was extremely pleased to see how compatible they were when Dirk showed up in the alpha session.

I roleplay Equius. A lot. He is the only character in Homestuck that I feel I can write with any confidence. I also try and write fanfiction sometimes, but I tend to abandon stories after a few chapters. They are mostly inaccessible at the moment, but maybe I will try and find them and post them on my Dreamwidth account? I'm not really using it for anything else right now. My ideal would be to write collaboratively with others so that we can motivate one another.

Other than that, my artistic skills are fairly poor, but I can do sprite art?

Anyway, I am very happy to meet you guys.

I've recently made a tumblr too http://snails-on-top.tumblr.com but I've yet to post much anything there. One of the reasons I joined HSO was to for once gather some courage to post my own work publicly. You can share your work even if it wasn't the one your team submitted to the round, right?

Ships that will never really get to sail have always been soft spot of mine, plus Dirk and Equius share major interests so I was pretty much sold straight away to this ship when it first came up. I find pairings like this similar to tentabulge, because when nothing is confirmed in canon you can go with whatever you want. Speculate all you want. No one can stop you.
Also Moirallegiance is my favourite quadrant because I have soft spot for closeness like that. Nepequius forever. johnkat is also my otp

I like to draw and I like to write but because I have problems drawing musclemen like Equius and writing stories in english (it's not my first language), I'm not sure how to do my part yet. ^^;;; I'll figure it out eventually.

This whole thing is so exciting.
